Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly driven Engineering Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional hardware and software development programs from concept through launch. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with exceptional project management discipline to ensure successful delivery of advanced, high‑performance automated test and industrial solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication frameworks.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, operations, product management, supply chain, quality, and customer-facing teams.
  • Manage project changes, dependencies, issues, and resource allocation to ensure program stability.

Technical Coordination

  • Work closely with systems, mechanical, electrical, software, and test engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.
  • Facilitate technical reviews, design checkpoints, and verification/validation milestones.
  • Ensure engineering deliverables adhere to quality standards, product specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and operations to support seamless transition from development to production.
  • Partner with product and business teams to maintain roadmap alignment and support customer commitments.

Risk, Quality & Process Management

  • Proactively identify and mitigate schedule, technical, and operational risks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering workflows, including documentation, development processes, and project reporting.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and best practices for project governance.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex engineering or product development projects.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, embedded systems, or test system development lifecycles.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, resources, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
