Your Mission
You'll own the entire procurement journey - from strategy to execution. You'll define processes, secure top-tier suppliers, and ensure every contract supports our mission of sustainable air mobility.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end procurement for all categories.
- Design and implement scalable, efficient processes that deliver value.
- Build strategic partnerships with industry-leading suppliers.
- Ensure robust contracts for development and production phases.
- Drive supplier performance excellence through modern supply chain management.
- Scale and mentor a growing procurement team.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in procurement or supply chain leadership.
- Proven success in aircraft development programs.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or Law.
- Aviation expertise and a strong supplier network.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Fluency in English (German is a plus).
