HR Business Partner (M/F/D)
Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to support their growth and transformation. This role combines strategic HR partnership with strong operational delivery across the full employee lifecycle.
Role Overview
- Act as the main HR contact and sparring partner for leaders on all operational and strategic HR topics
- Own and steer HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, organisational and people development
- Serve as a trusted coach and point of contact for employees within the assigned business area
- Drive the optimisation and implementation of HR processes and standards
- Develop future-oriented people and talent development concepts, taking demographic trends and skills demand into account
- Maintain a constructive and trust-based working relationship with the Works Council within the framework of co-determination
- Contribute to and lead HR-related projects
- Collaborate closely with other Senior HR Business Partners across the organisation
Role Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or comparable professional experience
- Several years of practical HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally with shift operations
- Strong expertise in individual and collective labour law, including collective bargaining agreements
- Proven ability to proactively design, manage, and implement projects with multiple stakeholders
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, combined with empathy and a strong hands-on mindset
- Excellent communication and consulting skills across all hierarchy levels
- Very good SAP knowledge and confident use of MS Office
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
