Responsibilities:

  • Oversees a hybrid team supporting corporate operations and executive leadership.
  • Resolves employee concerns, facilitates conflict resolution, and promotes a respectful, engaging work environment.
  • Partners with business leaders to craft and execute people strategies that support organizational goals and performance outcomes.
  • Leads onboarding efforts, supports internal mobility and development, and collaborates with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies.
  • Guides leaders and employees through change initiatives, offering structure and support during transitions.
  • Manages end-to-end delivery of key HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Develops and maintains HR policies in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Advises leaders on people-related matters, enhancing their effectiveness through coaching and HR best practices.
  • Drives adoption of key HR programs, metrics, and processes that support enterprise-wide goals.
  • Fosters a culture of belonging through equitable practices and inclusive leadership, serving as a steward of our organizational values.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines (required)
  • Ability to design and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
  • Skilled in delivering messages with clarity and influence across all levels.
  • Comfortable interpreting HR data to guide decisions and measure impact.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting global teams or navigating international HR practices
  • 2+ years of employee relations experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms (preferred)
  • Brings innovative thinking to resolve challenges and improve processes.
  • Experienced in coaching and mentoring leaders to build strong teams.
  • Works cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
