Ein etabliertes, international tätiges Logistikunternehmen sucht eine engagierte Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung seines integrierten Managementsystems. In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantworten Sie die Bereiche Qualitäts-, Umwelt-, Energie- und Arbeitssicherheitsmanagement und tragen maßgeblich zur nachhaltigen Unternehmensentwicklung bei.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für das integrierte Managementsystem (IMS) inkl. ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
- Weiterentwicklung von Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Nachhaltigkeitsstandards
- Durchführung interner Audits, Schulungen und ASA-Sitzungen
- Schnittstelle zu Behörden, Zertifizierungsstellen und internen Stakeholdern
- Unterstützung in Compliance, Datenschutz, Risiko- und Lieferantenmanagement
- Dokumentenmanagement und Shared Services
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik/Spedition, idealerweise mit Luft- oder Seefrachtbezug
- Zusatzqualifikation im QHSE-Bereich, idealerweise Studium oder Bachelorabschluss
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im QHSE-Umfeld
- Kenntnisse in ISO-Normen, Arbeitssicherheit, Compliance und Datenschutz
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SharePoint, Teams und Adobe Acrobat
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
