Director, Indirect Procurement - Leading Global Cosmetics Brand | Paris

A rare and exciting opportunity has opened at one of the most prestigious cosmetics companies in Paris for a Director of Indirect Procurement. This is a strategic leadership role for a procurement professional ready to shape category strategy and drive excellence across key indirect spend areas.

Location: Paris, France - 3 days in office per week
Language Requirement: English only
Experience: 6+ years in indirect procurement, with direct experience managing the following categories:

  • POSM (Point of Sale Materials)
  • Staffing & Temporary Labour
  • MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions)
  • Sales-Related Indirect Spend

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of indirect procurement strategies across multiple high-impact categories
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations to deliver commercial and operational value
  • Drive supplier innovation, performance, and sustainability in a dynamic, global environment
  • Build and mentor a high-performing procurement team

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in indirect procurement, specifically across POSM, staffing/temp labour, MICE, and sales-related spend
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex supplier ecosystems and cross-functional initiatives
  • Fluent English
