Job Title: Senior Industrial Engineer
Location: Easton, PA
Salary: $86,000 - $100,000 + 4%-8% bonus
Summary:
A reputable manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Industrial Engineer II for their Easton, PA facility.
Responsibilities:
The ideal Industrial Engineer II will have the following responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, work cells, and assembly fixtures to improve safety, quality, cost, and efficiency, using 3D CAD tools such as Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
- Provide engineering support to production teams by reviewing designs, schedules, and specifications; assessing manufacturability; resolving production issues; and supporting new product introductions and training.
- Lead prototype fabrication, testing, and qualification activities, including directing model shop builds, developing test plans, and applying statistical methods to validate process capability and product reliability.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, labor standards, time estimates, and technical reports to support staffing requirements, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify, justify, and implement capital equipment and process improvements, including equipment selection, installation, validation, and training, while optimizing resource utilization across personnel, materials, and facilities.
Qualifications:
The ideal Industrial Engineer II will have the following skill set:
- Bachelor's in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process improvement role within a manufacturing environment
- HVAC experience not required, but preferred
