Industrial Engineer II

An industry leading manufacturer of commercial refrigeration and food-service equipment company is seeking an Industrial Engineer II to join its growing engineering team in Easton, PA.

This is a highly visible role where you'll have the opportunity to influence everything from factory layout and process optimization to new product introductions and capital equipment projects. Compensation:

  • $85,000 - $95,000 base salary.
  • Annual bonus opportunity

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
  • Develop manufacturing methods, work cells, facility layouts, and assembly fixture concepts.
  • Partner with production, quality, engineering, and product development teams to support new product introductions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and best-practice methodologies.
  • Establish and maintain labor standards, process documentation, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Analyze manufacturing feasibility for new products and design changes.
  • Apply statistical tools and data-driven decision-making to improve quality, reliability, and overall manufacturing performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing metrics.
  • Experience using 3D CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
