Industrial Sales Manager
Business Development & Commercial Growth
DSJ Global are working with a fast-growing FMCG business and in search of a seasoned B2B Sales Manager to Lead commercial activities across industrial clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and supply chain partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and export markets.
- Develop and execute annual commercial plans to meet revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of industrial accounts, with attention to long-term retention and value creation.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing strategies.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Market & Product Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams on product performance, innovation opportunities, and customer requirements.
- Support product development and optimization by translating customer insights into actionable recommendations.
Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure reliable delivery performance and stock availability.
- Collaborate with Customer Service for smooth order handling and issue resolution.
- Partner with Finance on pricing, rebates, and commercial reporting.
Data, Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and deliver timely sales reports.
- Analyse sales performance, margins, and profitability to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably within manufacturing, technical components, packaging, chemicals, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing key industrial accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
- Fluency in English required; Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and occasionally internationally.
