Our client is a leading global freight forwarder, providing logistics solutions. They are looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of regional accounts. You will develop and execute tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while enhancing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients in Europe.
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
    • Understanding client's business, supply chain needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Conducting regular business reviews to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any concerns.
    • Negotiating contracts and rates aligned with company strategy.
  • Business Development:
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts and with potential clients.
    • Proactively offering tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs.
    • Developing and executing account plans to drive growth and profitability.
    • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
