The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance and asset reliability activities at the facility. This includes leading a team of skilled technicians and engineers to ensure equipment up time, safety compliance, and support for production and quality operations. - Monitor and improve safety performance through audits, training, and incident investigations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using digital tools and systems.
- Lead maintenance operations including troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
- Manage and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, and workforce planning.
- Oversee maintenance budgets, forecast expenditures, and manage cost controls.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to site and corporate leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements and capital projects to enhance equipment reliability and plant performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Required:
- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Associate degree in a technical field such as Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology.
- Prior experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- Experience as a Maintenance Manager.
- Project management experience and capital project execution.
