Title: Marketing Manager - Brand Partnerships & Experiential Marketing

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 + Bonus

Company Summary:

A leading national food manufacturer is seeking a Marketing Manager to support brand growth, major partnership activations, and ongoing culinary marketing initiatives. The company delivers highquality products, strong operational excellence, and innovative solutions across foodservice, hospitality, and retail channels.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Serving as an onsite brand ambassador during a multimonth national event series
  • Managing endtoend event execution, including booth presence, sampling, logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Building strong relationships with event partners and internal crossfunctional teams
  • Developing marketing copy for email, collateral, social, and internal communications
  • Supporting culinary and brand marketing projects during nonevent periods
  • Managing creative assets, timelines, and marketing deliverables
  • Tracking event performance metrics and producing actionable insights
  • Ensuring brand excellence across all consumerfacing and partnerfacing touchpoints

The Marketing Manager should have the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional marketing experience, ideally across brand, partnerships, or experiential roles
  • Strong copywriting skills across multiple formats
  • Experience managing live events, sponsorship activations, or highvisibility brand experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong judgment and execution discipline
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to represent the brand professionally and confidently
  • Comfortable with heavy travel during event season (15+ weekends)and fastpaced onsite environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams

Bonus: Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or CPG marketing.
