About the Role
As our current Network Supervisor prepares for retirement, we are seeking a dynamic and operationally focused Network Supervisor to support and lead our growing network of approximately 40 depots and repair centers across Europe. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, adherence to SOPs, and seamless coordination between our expanding repair centers and evolving depot landscape.
You will work closely with the Strategy Lead and the Operations Lead, who will also be part of the interview process. While the Strategy Lead focuses on long-term direction, this role is hands-on, ensuring that the network runs smoothly from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across depots and repair centers, ensuring alignment with company SOPs and performance standards.
- Network Support & Expansion: Support the team in managing the transition from traditional depots to a growing number of repair centers.
- Training & Compliance: Train depot teams on SOPs and ensure consistent application across diverse regions (e.g., Denmark vs. Southern Spain).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Strategy Lead and Operations Lead to align operational execution with strategic goals.
- People Management: Lead with commercial acumen, fostering strong relationships and guiding depot teams through change.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues at repair centers and depots, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Travel: Approximately 40% of the role involves travel to depots and repair centers across Europe, including remote locations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in network operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- Strong people leadership and relationship-building skills
- Ability to train, implement, and enforce SOPs across diverse teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with pop-up depots and evolving infrastructure
- Commercial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Must be eligible to work in the EU (no visa sponsorship available)
