This role focuses on leading warehouse teams, optimizing workflow, and maintaining accurate product movement. Candidates will play a key part in the food distribution industry, where timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and strict safety standards are essential to supporting customers and business success.
Job Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of warehouse distribution experience
* At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
* Experience managing unionized teams preferred
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
* Familiarity with OSHA, HACCP, and safety regulations
* Effective communication and team development skills
* Ability to analyze operational and financial data
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
