💼 The Opportunity
As Ocean Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end ocean freight operations, driving performance, efficiency, and service excellence across key trade lanes.
🔑 What You'll Be Driving
- Lead and develop a high-performing ocean operations team
- Oversee FCL & LCL shipments from booking through to final delivery
- Optimise carrier relationships and negotiate competitive rates
- Improve operational KPIs: cost control, transit times, service levels
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting
- Act as the critical link between operations, commercial teams, and clients
