Über meinen Mandanten
Im Auftrag eines etablierten und international tätigen Logistikdienstleisters suche ich einen erfahrenen Betriebsleiter (m/w/d) für einen Standort im Bereich Contract Logistics mit Schwerpunkt auf die Automobilindustrie. Der Standort betreut namhafte OEMs und Tier-1-Zulieferer - mit Fokus auf BMW - und bietet komplexe logistische Dienstleistungen sowie Montageprozesse im Just-in-Time-Umfeld.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen Betrieb eines Contract-Logistics-Standorts im Automotive-Bereich
- Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von bis zu 200 Mitarbeitenden (inkl. Schichtleiter, Teamleiter, gewerbliche Mitarbeitende)
- Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe in den Bereichen Just-in-Time (JIT) und Montage/Assembly
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden - insbesondere BMW oder vergleichbaren OEMs bzw. Tier-1-Zulieferern
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Lean-Management- und KVP-Initiativen
- Verantwortung für Budget, KPIs, Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und Kundenanforderungen
- Steuerung von Launch-Projekten und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition in der Automobil- oder Zulieferindustrie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kontraktlogistik, idealerweise mit BMW oder anderen OEMs
- Erfahrung mit JIT-Prozessen sowie Montage- und Logistikprozessen
- Führungserfahrung mit größeren Teams (100-200 MA)
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium von Vorteil
