Job Title: Operations Manager - Electrical Services

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually + bonus + full benefits

What You'll Do

  • Lead with Impact: Oversee day-to-day operations for electrical service projects across multiple sites.
  • Drive Efficiency: Optimize workflows, scheduling, and resource allocation to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Champion Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with all safety standards and maintain top-tier service quality.
  • Own the Numbers: Manage budgets, P&L, and KPIs to maximize profitability and performance.
  • Develop Talent: Mentor and grow a high-performing team of supervisors and technicians.
  • Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with senior leadership to shape operational goals and growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years in electrical contracting or field services, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety codes, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multi-site operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • ERP and project management software experience a plus.
