Role Overview
This role will lead global sustainability programs across operations and supply chains, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Strategic Management
- Develop and manage global sustainability project frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Translate sustainability strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear KPIs and timelines.
- Monitor and report on outcomes such as cost savings, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Systems & Data Management
- Implement a Sustainability Management System across global sites.
- Standardize metrics, data collection, and reporting for transparency and audit readiness.
- Create dashboards and analyze performance trends to guide decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with finance, legal, operations, engineering, supply chain, and EHS teams.
- Engage external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, customers, and suppliers.
Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure timely sustainability reporting aligned with frameworks (CSRD, SASB/ISSB, GRI, TCFD).
- Maintain documentation for regulatory compliance and audits.
Continuous Improvement
- Track emerging regulations and best practices.
- Identify process improvements and benchmark against industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks and reporting standards.
- Proven experience in program/project management and change management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Sustainability, Engineering, Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience; Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
