Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Company Summary: A widely known, sustainability-focused manufacturing organization is seeking a Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production processes. The Process Engineer will be responsible for…

  • Identify and implement solutions to boost efficiency, product quality, and energy use.
  • Coordinate with teams and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Create equipment layouts and support facility changes using AutoCAD.
  • Maintain procedures that ensure safety, quality, and efficient resource use.
  • Oversee process upgrades, equipment improvements, and manage both CAPEX/non-CAPEX projects

The Process Engineer should have the following qualifications…

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience with liquid systems, including pumps, flow, pressure, and temperature control
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience leading continuous improvement projects
  • Background in process optimization within a manufacturing environment
