Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for production activities, ensuring efficient, safe, and high‑quality output
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams, including supervisors and team leads, fostering a strong performance and accountability culture
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee production schedules, capacity, and resource utilization
- Drive automation initiatives and process optimization to increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs related to productivity, quality, cost, and delivery
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality systems, and internal operational guidelines
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and improvement investments
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence programs)
- Support change management initiatives, including technology upgrades and organizational transformations
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in production, manufacturing, or operations environments
- Demonstrated experience in a management or leadership role, with responsibility for teams and performance outcomes
- Strong background in automation, process optimization, or digitally enabled production systems
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and lead through change
- Solid understanding of production planning, workflow optimization, and performance management
- Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Exposure to advanced manufacturing systems, MES, or smart factory concepts
- Track record of successfully implementing automation or large‑scale process improvements
- Experience working in fast‑paced or scaling operational environments
