Production Supervisor
One of our clients in the Packaging industry is looking for a Production Supervisor at one of their facilities in Los Angeles, CA. This person will supervise department personnel through Team Leaders to achieve key objectives in safety, employee satisfaction, productivity, continuous improvement, quality, and waste reduction while ensuring a safe work environment, guiding shift operations, resolving issues, monitoring product quality, troubleshooting processes, and supporting ongoing CI initiatives.

- Quality control oversight; internal quality monitoring; corrective actions; customer complaint response
- Operational support; personnel coordination; staffing management; production record maintenance; performance monitoring

Qualifications:
- Brings strong manufacturing leadership experience, supported by either a bachelor's degree with 4+ years of supervisory work or 5+ years of manufacturing experience with proven success managing multi‑department production teams.
- Demonstrates solid mechanical aptitude and strong understanding of high‑volume, fast‑paced manufacturing; knowledge of offset/flexo printing and paper converting is a plus.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate, present, and lead at all organizational levels in both group and one‑on‑one settings.
- Proficient with MS Office and familiar with project management tools, MRP/ERP systems, and lean manufacturing principles; capable of facilitating team problem‑solving.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while acting as a proactive change agent.
