QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain robust quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring that production systems consistently meet or exceed industry benchmarks for excellence.
• Review all Quality Management System (QMS) documents on an annual basis to ensure compliance with the latest requirements of the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Code, keeping the organization aligned with industry regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, operations, and supply chain, to ensure that quality standards are integrated throughout all stages of the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products.
• Identify areas for process improvement and work proactively to develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate overall product quality.
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and testing to monitor adherence to both internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance at all times.

Skills Required

• Quality Assurance: Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive QA practices to maintain superior product standards and foster customer satisfaction. A strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools is essential.
