QE Manager
Responsibilities:
- Own overall product quality by ensuring standard operating procedures are consistently followed
- Lead and manage quality performance metrics, including visual controls, and provide routine reporting to leadership
- Train and support manufacturing personnel on quality standards and expectations
- Develop, maintain, and update the Quality Manual and supporting process procedures
- Ensure company-wide compliance with ASME Code Section X, including record retention and documentation accuracy
- Participate in vendor selection and ongoing supplier monitoring to ensure quality, code compliance, and proper documentation
- Identify areas for improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and quality control, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma / continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven experience in product quality and quality management systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Business Central
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
