A well-established organization is seeking a Quality Leader to support day-to-day quality operations within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This individual will play a key role in driving product quality, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and leading quality standards across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality processes on the production floor to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership to drive continuous improvement
- Supervise and mentor quality team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Monitor key quality metrics and support initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist with audits and ensure documentation aligns with quality management systems
Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment within a quality-focused role
- Working knowledge of quality systems, standards, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ISO)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive initiatives to completion
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
