Quantitative Investment Firm - Singapore Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Office & Facilities Procurement

  • Lead sourcing, contracting, and project coordination for office renovation, fit-out, and maintenance projects
  • Manage vendors for furniture, office supplies, pantry services, and related operational needs
  • Ensure procurement compliance and cost optimization

2. Employee Benefits & Welfare Procurement

  • Oversee selection and renewal of employee insurance programs, including:
  • Medical benefits
  • Supplementary health plans
  • Commercial insurance
  • Annual health check-up packages
  • Manage procurement for corporate gifts, anniversary items, and employee welfare programs

3. Event & Corporate Services Procurement

  • Source and manage vendors for company events, offsites, and internal engagement activities
  • Coordinate budgets, service agreements, and event logistics with internal stakeholders

4. IT Equipment Procurement

  • Manage procurement of laptops, desktops, monitors, meeting room hardware, and office IT accessories
  • Work with IT teams to ensure equipment standards, delivery timelines, and vendor quality
  • Negotiate pricing, service-level agreements (SLAs), and warranty terms

5. Vendor Management & Compliance

  • Develop strong vendor relationships to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
  • Conduct regular vendor evaluations and maintain accurate procurement records
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and internal audit requirements

6. Strategic & Cross‑Functional Support

  • Partner closely with HR, Admin, Finance, and IT teams to support business needs
  • Identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes and introduce efficiencies
  • Provide data analysis, cost projections, and procurement reporting to management

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience (preferably 5+ years) in procurement, vendor management, or corporate sourcing
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore procurement landscape
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese to communicate with China-based internal teams and vendors
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • Experience in financial services, technology firms, or high-growth companies
