Regional Director of Global Facilities and Construction
Role
- Lead Global Facilities & Construction projects across South Asia
- Oversee multiple large-scale construction projects end to end
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Support regional projects and selected global initiatives as needed
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Location: Singapore (regional travel required)
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects at advanced manufacturing facilities
- Define and execute project delivery and execution strategies
- Control cost, schedule, quality, and safety across all projects
- Track progress and proactively escalate risks or deviations
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
- Collaborate with global and site facilities, EHS, procurement, finance, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance, and ethics standards
- Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and operational risks
- Maintain clear stakeholder communication and reporting
- Coach, mentor, and develop project managers and team members
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
- 15+ years of experience, including:
- 10+ years in construction
- 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role
- Proven experience managing large, multi-disciplinary EPCM projects
- Semiconductor or advanced manufacturing project experience preferred
- Strong expertise in cost, schedule, and risk management
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel regularly
