Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director with deep expertise in SAP solutions to lead our enterprise sales strategy. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and positioning our SAP-integrated logistics solutions as the go-to choice for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on SAP-based logistics solutions across key verticals (e.g., manufacturing, retail, automotive).Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise clients. Build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Partnerships & Alliances:
Collaborate with SAP and other technology partners to co-develop go-to-market strategies and joint value propositions.Market Intelligence:
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and sales tactics.Revenue & Forecasting:
Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure targets are met or exceeded consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven track record (10+ years) in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Experience selling into logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong network within the SAP ecosystem and enterprise client base.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
