Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing sales processes and supporting revenue growth within the semiconductor business, with a strong focus on pricing strategy and customer service excellence. This role ensures accurate pricing execution, efficient order management, and high-quality customer interactions across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage pricing models, discount structures, and margin analysis to support strategic sales initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of quotes, contracts, and pricing approvals.
- Lead customer service operations, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries, order issues, and delivery concerns.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to align pricing strategies with market dynamics and business goals.
- Maintain and improve CRM and ERP systems to support sales workflows and data integrity.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and incentive programs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales operations within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in pricing strategy and customer service management.
