We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Sales Representative with proven experience in corrugated packaging to spearhead new customer acquisition and drive revenue growth.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted markets and segments.
- Develop account strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships at multiple levels within client organizations.
- Negotiate contracts and manage long-term agreements.
- Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline, forecast sales, and report progress.
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor profitability and implement margin improvement plans.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to drive commercial excellence.
The Sales Representative should have the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in corrugated packaging sales with a focus on new business development.
- Proven track record of success in hunting and closing new accounts in B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
