Sales Representative

They are currently seeking a Sales Representative to manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities in the corrugated packaging sector. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for strategic sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with market trends and customer needs.
- Identify pricing dynamics and provide insights to support commercial decisions.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage opportunities and track progress.
- Build strong relationships across customer organizations at multiple levels.
- Negotiate and manage multi-year contracts with key accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor profitability and analyze financial performance against targets.
- Leverage internal resources to stay informed on market trends and competitive activity.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in line with strategic goals.
- Support enterprise-wide sales initiatives by coordinating with other facilities and teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing or service industry preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in corrugated packaging sales strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and execute sales strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Financial acumen and ability to analyze sales data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or QlikView is a plus.
