Sales Support / Order Management Specialist

A leading international technology manufacturer within the professional display and digital signage market is looking for a proactive Sales Support / Order Management Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam.
This is a highly visible position within the business, acting as the central point of contact between Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience from order entry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full order lifecycle from order placement to delivery
- Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring issues are resolved quickly
- Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams to coordinate order fulfilment
- Support the release of orders on financial hold
- Produce reports and provide updates on order status, stock availability and delivery risks
- Identify and proactively resolve potential delays or customer issues
- Attend internal stakeholder meetings to discuss order performance and business risks
- Deliver a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Support, Order Management, Customer Service or a similar B2B coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in Dutch and English
Preferred Background
- Technology, consumer electronics, AV, digital signage or related B2B industries
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics or commercial operations environments
