The Role
As Senior Business Development Manager, you will spearhead commercial expansion in Denmark and the wider Nordic region. You will build strategic customer relationships, drive new revenue streams, and shape long‑term logistics solutions that align with customer needs and global best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national and regional commercial growth strategy.
- Identify, target, and close opportunities across sea freight, air freight, and integrated logistics solutions.
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with mid‑market and enterprise customers.
- Collaborate closely with global product, operations, and account management teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and strategic customer meetings.
- Lead market intelligence activities, analysing trends, competition, and emerging customer demands.
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply‑chain‑related business development.
- Proven track record in closing mid‑to‑large commercial opportunities.
- Knowledge of global freight markets, including sea and air freight.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with cross‑border teams.
- Danish and English fluency essential
