Senior Director of Contracts Treasury
Currently searching for for a highly experienced, strategic, and analytically strong leader with deep expertise in contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and treasury/indirect procurement-especially within or adjacent to the healthcare industry.
Responsible for negotiating industry leading national agreements for the group purchasing organization in the area of Indirect and Treasury Solutions. Objective is to ensure best in class industry pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Position's key area of focus will be sourcing initiatives that are primarily categories with high to very high spend, complexity, risk and sensitivity.
- Strategic Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives across high-spend, high-risk categories.
- Contract Negotiation Mastery: Deep understanding of contract terms, risk mitigation, and supplier leverage strategies.
- Treasury & Indirect Spend Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services, payment platforms, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
- Analytical Acumen: Skilled in interpreting or building complex financial models, supplier financials (e.g., SEC filings), and market indices.
Experience
Accredited College Bachelor's Degree required (Supply Chain, Healthcare, Business, Finance)
7+ years of relevant work experience preferred. Ideal candidate will have experience in strategic sourcing and negotiating a variety of contracts in Indirect and Treasury Solutions. Candidate must have proven track-record of achieving results and managing equivalent or similar responsibilities.
