Senior HR Generalist

Title: Senior HR Generalist

Salary: $85 - 90k/yr + bonus potential

Company Summary: A large private-equity backed holding company with multi-site operations across North America.

The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for:

  • Serve as an HR partner to employees and managers across assigned regions, supporting employee relations, leave of absence, conduct issues, and organizational changes
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Manage new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, including EVerify, HRIS data entry, orientations, exit interviews, and personnel file maintenance
  • Handle employee relations matters, lead investigations, and partner with management on disciplinary actions when needed
  • Manage the HR support ticketing system, prepare reports, and identify trends or issues requiring escalation
  • Coordinate and track 30/60/90day reviews and support performance appraisal processes
  • Support M&A integration efforts including onboarding, benefits coordination, communication planning, and standardization of HR programs
  • Partner with safety leadership on training coordination, OSHA logs, and injury reporting requirements
  • Recommend and support continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and service delivery

The Senior HR Generalist should have the following qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • HR certification
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience supporting a highgrowth, fastpaced, multilocation organization
  • Working knowledge of employee relations, HR compliance, and HR administration
  • Highly organized, selfdirected professional with strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
