Senior Maintenance Supervisor needed for Leading Food and Beverage Manufacturer.

One of our leading food manufacturing clients is looking to bring on a strong supervisor to guide its maintenance department. This person will be a critical member of the site leadership and play a crucial role in equipment reliability and productivity of the facility.
Qualifications for the Senior Maintenance Supervisor include:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience OR 10+ years of progressive maintenance experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage teams and work effectively across departments.
- Strong background in maintenance operations, including equipment reliability, continuous improvement practices, and safety standards.
- Background in regulated environments such as food or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
- Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to support extended hours, weekends, or varying shifts as business needs require.
Responsibilities for the Senior Maintenance Supervisor Include:
- Lead daily maintenance team operations to support supporting development, and create a culture focused on safety and performance.
- Manage and develop maintenance staff through clear expectations, coaching, and ongoing training initiatives
- Drive improvements in equipment reliability by enhancing maintenance planning, work order execution, and preventative maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve equipment efficiency, and achieve production targets.
- Support continuous improvement efforts, including reliability initiatives and process enhancements, while coordinating activities across shifts and third-party support.
