Senior Manager, Talent Development

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of leadership development and training programs.
  • Design and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
  • Create and customize training content for frontline employees, supervisors, managers, and leaders.
  • Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to improve employee capability and performance.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, training sessions, and organizational development programs.
  • Coach leaders and managers on employee development, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and design learning solutions.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, culture-building efforts, and employee engagement programs.
  • Manage the annual performance management process, including goal setting, development planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance to leaders on performance management, talent development, and succession planning practices.
  • Partner with HRIS and technology teams to enhance talent, learning, and performance management processes and reporting.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on business needs and participant feedback.
  • Manage multiple talent and development programs simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Support vendor management, budget tracking, and learning platform administration.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Several years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, or related HR functions.
  • Experience designing, developing, and facilitating leadership development and training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and employee development processes.
  • Experience working with HRIS, learning management systems, and talent management platforms.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a complex, fast-paced corporate or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
