Company Summary: A leading food and agriculture organization is seeking a Senior Ammonia Process Engineer to lead its ammonia plant for its mining and manufacturing operations. The primary focus of this role is to design, implement, and sustain optimization for the ammonia production facility.

The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for…
- Acting as a subject matter expert for the ammonia plant
- Analyze plant performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and throughput
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and investigations into process issues
- Support safety programs and regulatory compliance
- Maintain and update technical documentation (PFDs, procedures, specs)
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices
The Senior Process Engineer should have the following qualifications…
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in ammonia production
- 5+ years of relevant experience or training required
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and PSM standards
