The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading a territory focused on industrial and municipal customers and managing a team of Sales and Application Engineering professionals.
  • Driving territory sales strategies, managing opportunities in CRM, and reporting key metrics to ensure profitable growth.
  • Managing relationships with third-party representatives and leading sales and application engineering for system, standard product, and aftermarket opportunities.
  • Collaborating across teams to deliver projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to execute product portfolio strategies and drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.

The Senior Product Manager should have the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in municipal and wastewater treatment markets
  • Demonstrate expertise in technical sales, including selling through independent rep networks, bidding municipal projects, and estimating mechanical equipment.
  • Possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willing to travel nationally up to 50% for customer visits, trade shows, and meetings, while conducting business ethically and professionally at all times.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience.
