Senior Supply Chain Analyst, APAC
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to optimize our supply chain operations through data-driven insights, forecasting, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in supply chain management, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. This role supports external customers including hospitals in Hong Kong and distributors across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and service enhancement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to monitor supply chain effectiveness.
- Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels and service continuity.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) through data modeling and scenario analysis.
- Leverage ERP and supply chain tools (e.g., Oracle, DOMO, Blue Yonder) for data management and analysis.
- Conduct regular reviews of inventory, including consignment stock, and propose actions for excess and obsolete items.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage 3PL warehouse performance, providing clear instructions for seasonal or special arrangements.
- Implement quality assurance measures such as storage condition monitoring and product inspections.
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation with warehouse teams to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Conduct slow-moving inventory analysis and propose mitigation plans.
- Lead quarterly review meetings with vendors to ensure service quality and adherence to KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems is required; Oracle experience is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin.
