Company Summary: A global company with over 100 years in the industry is seeking a driven, focused, and experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team in Forest Park, Georgia. You will have an influence in the direction of the site as a whole, including setting objectives, goals, and metrics. You will also be crucial in handling the leadership and development of all the maintenance teams in the facility.
The Site Maintenance Manager will be responsible for…
- Developing and communicating plans to improve the long term reliability of the plant, and communicating these plans and results to the plant leadership team and executive visitors.
- Leading the Asset Care/UDM Implementation Task Force to deliver the plants 5 Year Strategy, and providing progress updates.
- Participating in technical reviews and providing appropriate feedback, guidance, and direction to those responsible for the execution of projects.
- Supporting new product initiatives, and ensuring technical support is available to help deliver seamless product, process, or capital equipment integration.
The Site Maintenance Manager should have the following qualifications…
- A Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and 5+ years if experience in maintenance management
- 5+ years of experience with Maintenance Excellence, and a working knowledge of packaging equipment systems, materials processes, with manufacturing supply chain knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - both oral and written - with the ability to influence decisions throughout the organization.
