Your Role
As part of our client's team, you will take on a leading role in developing and enhancing processes, ensuring the delivery of world-class solutions. The scope of this position includes:
- Designing and improving DFT (Design for Testability) processes.
- Documenting detailed DFT specifications.
- Debugging and analyzing test coverage reports to optimize performance.
- Generating and validating test patterns.
- Guiding a team of talented engineers and fostering their professional growth.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an accomplished professional with a rich background in:
- DFT processes and methodologies to ensure robust design and testing capabilities.
- MCU (Microcontroller Units) and analog systems understanding.
- Team leadership and mentoring abilities to inspire and develop talent.
- Proven expertise in debugging and test analysis to maintain outstanding product quality.
With at least 10 years of experience in the industry, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to lead impactful initiatives and drive excellence.
