Supply Chain
Job Title: Supply Chain IBP Expert
Location: Texas or Washington State (hybrid or remote-flexible)
Compensation: $250,000-$350,000 base salary + meaningful equity (startup environment)
Company Overview
We are partnered with a high-growth startup supply chain software company building next-generation solutions to help organizations plan, align, and execute across complex, fast-moving supply chains. Our customers are market-leading operators who need software built by people who truly understand how supply chains run in the real world.
This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role with direct impact on product direction, customer success, and go-to-market strategy.
Role Overview
We are seeking a true supply chain operator with deep expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and tactical execution to serve as a trusted leader internally and externally. This individual will bring real-world experience managing complexity, ambiguity, and speed - translating how supply chains actually work into product execution, customer outcomes, and strategic insight.
This role requires someone who has lived IBP, not just talked about it.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in IBP, including demand, supply, inventory, and financial integration
- Lead and support tactical planning processes, ensuring alignment between strategy and day-to-day execution
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to influence software design and roadmap
- Work directly with customers as a senior advisor, helping solve complex planning challenges in fast-paced environments
- Translate complex supply chain concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Own key initiatives end-to-end in a high-autonomy, startup setting
- Serve as a visible leader internally and externally, representing supply chain best practices and real-world credibility
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a hands-on supply chain leader or operator (not purely advisory or academic)
- Deep, practical experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Strong background in tactical planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment
- Experience operating in complex, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, including executive-level engagement
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where little exists
- Passion for improving how supply chains operate through technology
