Brand Manager - Lifestyle Fashion Retail Brand - Hong Kong
My client who's a global lifestyle fashion retail is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager within retail operation as well business development due to business expansion, to drive localized marketing strategies, elevate in-store experiences, and strengthen brand relevance across both markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated retail marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives for Hong Kong and Macau markets, regional experience is desired but not a must
- Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and store openings to drive footfall and sales
- Partner closely with Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce, and PR teams to ensure seamless omnichannel execution
- Lead local adaptation of global marketing initiatives, ensuring cultural and market relevance
- Oversee in-store communication, visual executions, POS materials, and customer engagement initiatives
- Manage relationships with landlords, malls, agencies, and external partners to maximize marketing exposure
- Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize future activities
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and execution standards across all stores
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any disciplines
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within lifestyle fashion or sport brands
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong and Macau retail landscapes, consumer behavior, and mall marketing practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in English, Cantonese as well as Mandarin Chinese
- Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized with a strong sense of ownership
