Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien für Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz
- Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Teams und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
- Erstellung und Einreichung von Berichten
- Implementierung von Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards
- Pflege des EHS-Managementsystems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Durchführung von Audits und Schulungen
- Förderung einer Sicherheitskultur und kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen
Anforderungen:
- Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im EHS-Bereich
- Kenntnisse der EHS-Vorschriften
- Gute Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch von Vorteil)
- Reisebereitschaft bis zu 30%
- Erfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit ist ein Plus
