With a strong focus on innovation, safety, and operational excellence, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor/Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our production operations.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor/Manager will oversee the maintenance department, ensuring all equipment and facilities are operating at peak performance. This role is critical in minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and mechanics.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory of parts and supplies.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports using CMMS.
  • Participate in capital projects and equipment installations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food or beverage.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
  • Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with food safety standards (e.g., SQF, HACCP, GMP).
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
