Your Key Qualifications
- Proven HR Expertise: At least 6 years of professional HR experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing or plant settings. Experience in a unionized environment is a plus.
- In-Depth Manufacturing Knowledge: A deep understanding of the nuances, challenges, and opportunities inherent in a manufacturing environment.
- Outstanding People Skills: A natural relationship builder with exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels.
- Strategic Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve HR challenges with proactive and innovative solutions.
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are highly desirable.
