Join a global leader in advanced energy control and conversion solutions serving aerospace and industrial markets worldwide. We're looking for a Pricing Analyst II to join the team and help shape pricing strategies that drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct detailed pricing analysis and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and refine pricing models aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor key pricing performance metrics and recommend adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) to create pricing plans and promotions.
- Execute day-to-day pricing processes and implement strategies that maximize revenue.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and SAP/S4 preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
