Customer Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary

As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you will oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle, manage inventory coordination, and ensure seamless logistics execution. You'll serve as a key liaison between buyers, warehouses, co-manufacturers, freight partners, and internal teams to maintain fulfillment accuracy, resolve disruptions, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Fulfillment

  • Process and validate incoming orders to ensure timely transmission to warehouse teams.
  • Monitor open orders and confirm pickup appointments are scheduled and met.
  • Communicate proactively with buyers regarding inventory availability and gaps.

Logistics & Deployment

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound freight across suppliers, co-manufacturers, warehouses, and customers.
  • Track and manage monthly freight spend to align with budget targets.
  • Oversee inventory allocation across warehouse locations and coordinate release schedules with co-manufacturers.

Inventory Planning

  • Review inventory levels against current orders and forecasts; allocate stock accordingly.
  • Monitor product aging and expiration to support healthy inventory turnover.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Supply Planning to align incoming orders with demand forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and third-party logistics (3PL) coordination.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data fluency.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with major retailers
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Background in logistics and warehouse management.
