Title: Distribution Supervisor
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Summary: A family-owned and operated manufacturer of premium deli meats, cheeses, and other specialty food products is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to join their 2nd shift team in Pennsylvania.
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
Responsibilities:
- Effectively schedule warehouse shifts that align with volume and operation hours
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve KPIs and key metrics for the facility
- Adjust team workflows and labor allocation throughout shifts to meet and exceed forecasted output
- Train and Develop Warehouse Associates and Leads
- Continuous implement process improvement best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of fulfillment/distribution experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Willing to work 2nd shift schedule
- Familiarity and efficiency with WMS systems
- Ability to work in a cooler environment with a temperature range of -5 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit
- Physical ability to stand for the duration of the shift and moving boxes up and down (up to 60 lbs required)
- High level of teamwork skills and ability to work cross functionally with other departments to ensure smooth operation
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
