The Global Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager leads sourcing, negotiation, implementation, and management of global indirect procurement agreements totaling ~$50-$75M in spend. This individual contributor partners with global business units to drive value, optimize supplier performance, reduce risk, and advance procurement maturity.
The role requires strong category expertise, analytical rigor, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders. Responsibilities include leading complex sourcing initiatives, negotiations, and category strategies across critical indirect spend areas.

Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders and budget owners
- Influence executive decisions through data‑driven insights and recommendations
- Communicate category trends, benchmarks, and sourcing strategies
Category Strategy & Sourcing
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned to business objectives
- Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, and negotiations
- Negotiate complex global contracts (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, licenses)
- Deliver value through cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supplier innovation
Vendor Management & Governance
- Oversee supplier performance, risk, and compliance
- Manage contract lifecycles, renewals, and governance
- Ensure effective onboarding, data accuracy, and process adherence
Program Leadership
- Lead the Global Travel Program (policy, vendors, reporting, compliance)
- Manage the Contingent/SOW Labor Program including MSP/VMS, suppliers, rate cards, and compliance
Digital Procurement & Process Excellence
- Utilize Levelpath and other procurement tools for sourcing, analytics, and collaboration
- Promote digital adoption, automation, and continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with procurement policies and operating procedures
Financial & Analytics
- Analyze spend, market data, and supplier financials
- Present savings, KPIs, and sourcing recommendations to leadership
- Support budgeting through forecasting and validated savings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 5-7+ years in sourcing, category management, negotiations, finance, or vendor management
- Experience negotiating complex, multi-country agreements
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Self-starter with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
